Hello. manchFESTer is a stupid pun that came out of Dan Bond’s mouth in 2009, I decided to take things too far and actually put on an all-dayer called manchFESTer. It was great.

In 2010 at manchFESTer ONE we had 13 bands play in the upstairs of The Oxford in Manchester. 91 people came to it and it was one of the best days ever. Afterwards my house got absolutely destroyed and a woke up to a smashed watermelon covering my living room.

In 2011 at manchFESTer 1.5 we had 11 bands upstairs in Gullivers, I almost broke my shoulder, Graeme cut his hand within 3 seconds of the Throwing Stuff set and Arms Aloft killed it.

So, it’s 2012. It’s manchFESTer 2. We’ve got 13 bands at the Kraak Gallery, let’s see what we can do.
